2.1  Overview

Payment Terms
  • Invoices are due [14] days from issue.
  • Overdue amounts accrue interest at 2% per month from the due date until paid. While an amount is overdue, the studio may pause work and withhold files, including files already delivered (MSA cl. 7).
  • Interest can be waived or reduced at the studio's discretion.
 Project-Specific Terms
  • Rush loading of 25% applies, on account of the [date] deadline. Conditions are in Schedule 1 to the Master Services Agreement.
  • This project overrides MSA cl. 6.4 — payment terms are 7 days.
 Notes
  • Confidentiality. For internal viewing by [Client] only.
  • Validity. This quote holds for 30 days from the Quote Date (MSA cl. 6.2).
  • GST. Prices are quoted excluding GST. The studio is not GST-registered at the date of this quote; if that changes mid-project, GST applies to instalments invoiced after the registration date.
  • Currency. All figures in AUD.

2.4  Master Agreement
The Master Services Agreement is the standing rulebook between [Client] and the studio — ownership, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, liability and termination. It carries no prices. It is signed once, and applies to every project that follows.
